The Flex Day Spa experience is an exclusive three-hour entry for your total well-being. You will have unlimited access to the 1,900 m² wellness area, which includes the two heated pools (indoor and outdoor), the whirlpool, and the lake-view solarium. The journey continues in the heat area with 4 differentiated saunas. To guarantee maximum comfort, a refreshment area with fresh fruit, vitamin waters, and fine teas is at your disposal. Our goal is to allow you to arrive only with the desire to relax: we take care of everything else. You will be provided with a bathrobe and bath towels, available for the entire duration of your access. Please remember to bring your swimsuit and your personal slippers.
2. Is the SPA very crowded or is there a maximum daily limit of participants?
, access is limited to guarantee an atmosphere of quiet and silence. The SPA offers the flexibility to enjoy the "dolce far niente" from morning until sunset, allowing you to admire the changing light over the Gulf of Salò directly from our windows or the flowered garden, with the right amount of privacy and respect for quiet. For this reason, children are not admitted to the SPA. For larger groups, we can offer a private SPA service and verify access in dedicated areas. 3. Can I use the bar and catering service without leaving the wellness area?
Absolutely yes. We believe that relaxation should not be interrupted; for this reason, we offer a poolside bar service. You can order refreshing drinks, fruit extracts, or light snacks and have them served comfortably on your lounger in the garden or the solarium area. It is the perfect way to complete your sensory experience without giving up the comfort and the breathtaking view of the western shore of Lake Garda.

Clothing and gear and other notes
